Due to sanitary reasons, some items on this website are not eligible for returns. Please contact info@manickathomas.com  if an item you receive is faulty or damaged within 3 week-days of receiving with a photo of the item. Faulty items will be considered for a replacement with shipping covered by Manicka Thomas if within 3 week policy. No items will be replaced or refunded beyond 3 week of delivery.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If the product is misprinted or arrived damaged, you have 3 weeks to submit your claim because we really dropped the ball there! Otherwise, if you have buyer's remorse, it doesn't fit, or you just want your money back to buy something better, please contact info@manickathomas.com within 3 weeks of receiving your product. All claims made outside those timeframes cannot be accommodated.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER SIZE? 

To get the right size, you'll need to email info@manickathomas.com with your order number and explain what happened. We'll process the item like a normal return (visit the Refund Policy for more information) and you'll need to complete another purchase with the right size. To avoid this entire process, make sure to read the sizing details on the product page.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE?

Yes you can! As long as it's still in its original condition! Meaning the tags, stickers, and labels are still attached AND it hasn't been washed, worn, or damaged. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for worn t-shirts, as stated on the sales page. Head over to the Refund Policy to find out the next steps. Returns are only accepted within the first 3 weeks of receiving your product. 

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED MISPRINTED OR DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHERE DO I SEND ITEMS I WANT TO RETURN?

Make sure you contact info@manickathoma.com to let us know that you will be returning something with your order number. Then send the item to:

**In the package, please include your order number or original packing slip for quick processing.**

If you just send a returned item to this address without contacting us, we won't know how to process the return and who deserves their money back! So make sure you contact us first to let us know what's going on.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN A PRODUCT? NT TO RETURN?

It depends...you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the product. So make sure you're 100% sure you're making the right decision before completing your purchase.

Faulty or damaged items will be considered for a replacement with shipping covered by Manicka Thomas if within 3 week policy. No items will be replaced or refunded beyond 3 week of delivery.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?

Once the product is received by support, It will be inspected and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the refund at that time. To speed up the process, feel free to send the tracking number for the returned product to info@manickathomas.com so we can expect its arrival!
